Below is an overview of our services and associated fees. These services are provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor and are designed to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and professional needs. If you have questions or would like to get started, please submit an inquiry.

Healing and Growth Services

  • 60-90 Minute Diagnostic Assessment

  • 50-Minute Individual Counseling Session

Immigration Evaluation

  • Immigration Mental Health Evaluation

    ●  Non-refundable Deposit: $100 (required to schedule appointment; applied to total fee)

    ●  Payment 1: $425 due at initial session

    ●  Payment 2: $425 due before report release

    Total cost: $950

Career Counseling for Homeschool Students

  • Career Consultation Session

    This one-hour consultation is designed to help homeschool students explore career interests, identify strengths, and begin planning for high school and post-secondary pathways. Families receive guidance on next steps and program options based on students’ goals.

    $150 per consultation session (60 minutes)

    Ideal starting point for families new to career planning.

  • Career Foundations Program (0.5–1.0 High School Credit)

    Perfect for students who are beginning to explore their strengths and interests.

    • Discover values, strengths & career interests

    • Build or update a Career Portfolio

    • Explore options before committing to a pathway

    Paid in Full: $800 💳 Payment Plan: $220/month for 4 months (Total: $880).

    Payment plans include a small convenience fee.


  • Core: College & Career Readiness Program (0.5–1.0 High School Credit)

    For students ready to dive deeper into career pathways and postsecondary planning.

    • Prepare applications & resumes

    • Practice interview skills + readiness toolkit

    Paid in Full: $1,800
    💳 Payment Plan: $330/month for 6 months (Total: $1.980)

    Payment plans include a small convenience fee.

  • Premier: Senior Capstone Program (1.0 Credit)

    Designed for students preparing to transition beyond high school.

    • Senior Capstone project

    • Professional branding & portfolio completion

    • Transition planning for college, workforce, military, or entrepreneurship

    Paid in Full: $3,500 flat rate
    💳 Payment Plan Options:

    $620/month for 6 months (Total: $3,720)

    $350/month for 12 months (Total: $4,200)

    Payment plans include a small convenience fee.

Payment Policies

  • Deposits are required to secure certain appointments.

  • Payment plans available for select services.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Payments accepted via major debit and credit cards.

  • Full payment is required before the release of immigration reports.

Using Your Health Insurance Benefits

We understand the importance of making mental health counseling services accessible and affordable. If you plan to use your health insurance, please note that coverage and out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your specific plan.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits, including co-pays, deductibles, and session limits.

If your plan is not in-network with us, we can provide a superbill upon request. This document allows you to submit for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards.

To protect your privacy, we do not accept personal checks or peer-to-peer payment apps (such as Zelle, Cash-App, or Venmo).

Please note:

Health insurance typically does not cover anger management services, career counseling, or immigration evaluations.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
